About Andro Mammo
Andro Mammo is an interviewer, host, producer, and media entrepreneur who has been asking questions for as long as he can remember.
He began interviewing at just 10 years old, turning an early fascination with people and their stories into opportunities to sit down with figures across entertainment, music, and culture. What started as a childhood passion eventually became the foundation for a career built around one thing: understanding the person behind the public image.
At 18, Andro joined iHeartMedia in Los Angeles, first working with radio icon Big Boy before producing at KFI AM 640, where he developed an understanding of the preparation, instincts, and storytelling behind live broadcasting. He later worked alongside digital creator David Dobrik, gaining firsthand experience as the relationship between traditional media, creators, and audiences continued to evolve.
In 2022, Andro stepped away from traditional media to build something of his own, founding AGM Productions. That vision later expanded into AGM Studios, a private production studio in Los Angeles, created as a home for interviews, podcasts, and original media.
It was through that independent path that One-on-One with Andro Mammo was born.
Rather than chasing headlines or rehearsed talking points, Andro's approach to interviewing is rooted in curiosity. His conversations explore identity, ambition, grief, resilience, family, reinvention, and the experiences that shape who we become beyond the roles and expectations placed upon us.
Through years of conversations with people from vastly different backgrounds, Andro has developed a growing interest not only in the stories people tell, but in the lessons, questions, and perspectives that connect them.
That curiosity now extends beyond the interview chair. Through his original series PERSPECTIVE, Andro explores ideas about life, growth, purpose, and the human experience — inviting audiences to question familiar assumptions, consider different viewpoints, and reflect on their own lives.
Today, Andro continues to build One-on-One into a platform for meaningful conversations while developing original projects through AGM Productions and expanding his work as a host and storyteller.
For him, the purpose remains remarkably similar to when he first picked up a microphone as a kid: ask better questions, listen closely, and create something that leaves people seeing the world — or themselves — a little differently.
